A little about our speaker...

I have enjoyed more than 25 years of cross industry success in the areas of Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Community Outreach and Public Speaking. I bring an expertise in facilitating and coaching others in having challenging conversations in the areas of performance, expectations, succession planning / life transitions and business strategy. I have personal experience in adapting work environments for alternatively abled employees and focuses on inclusion.

I have built these skills within the CPG manufacturing, MRO & OEM distribution, consulting, and insurance industries. I have held C-suite positions within several organizations primarily within the Human Resources / Consulting arena reporting to and coaching CEOs and Executive teams. Most recently, I worked with BUNN as their Vice-President, Human Resources having also held leadership positions at the Wm.Wrigley Company, Zurich Insurance, AC Nielsen, Lever Brothers and W.W. Grainger.
